games you think deserve to be updated

what games from back in the day do you think would make brilliant games now with all the new graphics, e.g. mega drive games on a xbox 360.

the ones i think would be good is:

Pit Fighter- i could see this as a gory, gritty beat em up, which would do well in sales because of the controversy and adult (/teenager) appeal, and also because it's an old game.

Cyborg Justice- old game where you get to create your own cyborg by mixing different leg types, torso types, and arm weapons. i wouldnt expect a new version to be a side-scrolling beat 'em up, they're a bit dated now, but a 3d beat 'em up, with online modes so you and some internet guys can team up or fight against eachother

Road Rash- this was a motorbike racing game where you were allowed to use weapons such as baseball bats and chains to knock competitors off their bikes to help yourself win. upgrading this game would mean realistic settings, e.g. racing in cities dodging cars and trucks.

When I read the thread title .. the first game the sprung to mind was Road Rash .. imagine MOTO GP graphics with the gameplay of the Road Rash games ..

erm ..

Toy Commander and Re-Volt are games that I would like to see make the leap into next gen format .. they may seem 'kiddish' but they supplied me with many hours of enjoyment on the Dreamcast ..

Road RAsh yes....i really loved this game on ps1...that shit was maaaaaddd funny especially when the police catch u.....

but Pit Fighter......Pit Fighter......nahhh...this game trash....It was a amazing game to laugh at but thats it.....the characters were just gay...especially the boss in his dominatrix outfit

just a beat 'em game in an arena where you fight for money or somethin, and the crowd throw you weapons..doesnt have to be a graphically enhanced version of the original

toejam an earl - lol just cause i used to love it, but i prefer it as it was in 2D and all

dick tracy - i think with sick new graphics (it was on NES) and shit the actual concept could be fire, but who knows

Pit Fighter (Genesis) - Was the shit... I'd love to see an underground fight game done right. Stay away from that kinky boss tho. He'll eat a power pill and throw your ass across the bar.

WWF No Mercy (N64) - Seriously needs an update. This game doesnt even need WWE, I'd settle for a roster of all fictional wrestlers, assuming it had a nice Create-A-Wrestler. The best wrestling engine ever made needs to be brought back.

First two that come to mind are Streets of Rage and Golden Axe
...Back in the day they were easily my favourites and to play them now would be great

Killer Instinct would be awesome to have redone i loved that game

I'd love a nice, simple, no aliens, no x ray guns, no space ships FPS.

I'd love to see Goldeneye on the next gen systems. More detailed levels and such.
