PS3 DELAYED TILL NOV. in JAPAN
so this basically means a 2007 launch in the US...i hate to say i told ya so..but..well...yeh...

It's better to wait than rush a lot of shit products like microsoft does with EVERYTHING they've ever made. (not just 360)
I'll still wait to see which system is better, but i wont be a dipshit and get fucked by bill gates like the rest of america does with joy.

lol if anything...SONY rapes gamers more than MS with thier Bullshit hype...remember when they said the ps2 wud have " toy story" graphics...?? bullshit...remember when they said the ps2 HDD wud change gaming..??..yeh it didnt...sony is ALL talk....at least MS comes through with wat they promise with the 360...they didnt overhype it...
and trust me..." rushing" the 360 may turn out to be the ebst move MS has ever made with the xbox brand...since sony is late to the party..the devs still havent figured out all the ins and outs of the system so the graphics will look like current 360 games..while the 360 will be in its 2nd or 3rd generation of games with halo 3 , gears of war , splinter cell , oblivion etc etc...so dont be suprised if 360 looks alot better than ps3 graphically this holiday season...allt his boils down to is a very interesting holiday season...

couldn't have said it better. sony has been talking out their ass since day one.
and as for getting fucked by ms for buying an 360, i haven't been raped by bill gates yet. got my system on release date and love every second of it. so pretty.
if you don't own one with an hd tv and the games that were developed for the system (graw, cod, gotham, fight night etc,) then shut the fuck up.

could you be a bigger fanboy?!?.....first of all Sony's worldwide launch is curious considering they said MS messed up by doing the semi-worldwide launch and then do the SAME THING...
The 360 has had issues, yes, nobody is disputing that but to say it has "shitloads or problems" is ridiculous. The PS3 and Revolution will all face issues after launch. You know why? Cause when companies do hardware testing it is done in controlled "real-world" environments. They dont actually set them up in a house and let them run and run and run to test for issues. With the advances in technology that all three next-gen consoles are making it is going to be damn near impossible to avoid any and all issues or problems. Its gonna happen and always does with new stuff.
As far as your "rushed" statement...the 360 began development very shortly after the original Xbox launched (which Bill Gates has stated since before it launched was a test console with the 360 always being what they really wanted to do).
If you knew what you were talking about youd relize patches arent purchased for MS OS. The only time they had a purchased fix was with Windows 98 Second Edition. That was because they had done a lot of stuff to where it would have been almost impossible to put it out as a download (considering the amount of data and limited spread of broadband at the time).
Your ignorance shines bright with your post. Next time lets try to be a little more versed before you come on here shouting shit....

Glad to see some OFFICAL info on a release date. I wasn't expecting to see it here until late this year anyways. I'm slightly disappointed yet I'm glad just to have a more "solid" date for now at least.

funny how the xbots in here chastise sony for trying to attempt a simultaneous worldwide launch, because MS failed at theirs. Kudos to Sony for trying it hopefully it wont be plagued by shortages for the next 8 months like the 360.
On a side note my 360 has started freezing, but no red quadrants in the ring of light....wtf is goin on.

with any launch there are going to be shortages....thats just how it goes, especially in this day and age....and to clarify im not putting dpwn sony for doing the world-wide launch...its a smart move...i just thought it was funny that they are doing that AFTER THEY said MS doing it was a mistake....honestly MS has done an alright job on their launch...they continue to ship consoles all over the world weekly....just like Sony will do...its smart so a region doesnt feel shafted....
Note: the 360 hasnt even been out for 4 months yet....and more and more are hitting store shelves....the stores up here have had some instock for a couple days now....when they sell out a couple days later they get more....
