you are unable to eat at restaurants at certain times of the day. for some reason you are able to auto aim at people in the distance and not people right next to you. half the time taxi cabs drive past you without even stopping to pick you up.

Noticed the auto aim problem.

Usually if a taxi doesn't pick you up that is because someone else is already in the taxi.

Can't explain the hot dog other than to say it's a video game.

One of the things that bugs me that might actually be a glitch is that Carmen's heath restoring only works about 1/3 of the time. even when she agrees to help you.

Or maybe they're trying to say she's a terrible nurse. Could be that, I guess.
