Is my Live account suspended?

I went to log on today and it gives the 'can't connect to XBL' error you get when your connection is unplugged. But I sign on my brothers and his works fine. So I try mine again and it still wont work.

I did have an email from them in my mail box, but I assumed it was spam.

My account was suspended in January for a month for being abusive. Some 12 year old kid claimed to have some sort of disability and I spent like the next hour mocking him. I probably boasted about it on here at the time.

That's homo because I don't recall being that bad at all. Shit I play it in the small hours of the morning, so half the time I can't even talk loud enough to be a prick, I guess I'll have to buy a new subscription.

One more incident and I'm gone. I actually got told off by an American on the phone. My account was suspended because they had 9 whole complaints about the nature of my name and a few more about my behaviour on Wednesday morning. I had to pay £15 and submit a new name to them, which will be changed within 48 hours.

I still have no idea who the fuck was playing COD3. My brother must have retrieved my account or something, but I've no idea why the fuck he'd bother. My house was empty last night until midnight.

Shits quite amusing listening to an American try to make me comfortable by constantly saying 'mate'.

Still, I'll take an American over an indian/northern British indian/Scouser or Geordie, anyday.

I didn't have to ask him to repeat a single word. Appart from the telling off, it was by far the best experience I've had with a hotline.
