This is just a Rendition of "Welcome to Atlanta" by Jermaine and Luda etc. too many similarities between the two they just take the Welcome out and put a bunch of other rappers in there and start singing to change it up and you got Ja Rule tryin to Howl on another album.. video was good cuz it gives you a good look at the dirty side of New york as well as the metro area which is nice to look at, Nice to see the south has an influence on music up north :-)
