Who killed Hip Hop??
On his new album "Hip Hop Is Dead", Nas calls for a crap-rap ceasefire, declaring war on industry Judases.
I found a site where they post The Top 10 Artists that can be accused further Killers of Hip Hop.

Was this done out of humor? If not, the article is extremely childish and ignorant.

hip hop ain't dead.. if anyone thinks it is they need a wake-up call. nas says this to alert other people to the situation... it's a hyperbole so more people take notice... but hip hops still doin good. Look at any other genre and you'll see plenty of the same stuff we're going through.

Not all of the south, blame mostly the ATL rappers thats gotten the lime light thanks in part to Lil Jon and a few other people that opened the flood gates for all that bullshit to come out of that city, and alot of Houston Rappers are to blame as well, Now im not saying everybody that come out of those cities are garbage, there are some ok to good rappers and entertainers there but those are the main cities where we get That garbage out right now.
If anybody is saying why we gettin this Regurgitated rap shit now blame those Cities for the Major Contribution to the garbage we hear everyday on radio's, clubs and video shows.
And Before anyone say it, No People don't request that shit to hear over and over, The Radio and Music video Industry for the past 8 years have been getting taken over by Clearchannel which works off money "NOT REQUEST" they could give a damn about people calling in to request music nowadays, it's all about how much those music industries are willing to pay to have their artist on air and pay for how much airtime they get so people can be Brainwashed into thinking thats the hot shit out now, It's Classic Capitalism at its best.

This is an call for arguments...You're half right if Houston's artists are to blame but most of all ATL gets it all with their snap shit BET and MTV both air at night. But hey, them fools are hella marketable so we have to face this horrible situation we in right now. We all know we're sick of them straight but some ATL rappers we can tolerate (OutKast, T.I.) just by their originality. As for the artists down in H-Town, Chamillionaire is the only rapper I can relate without the bullshit 'grill' or 'slab' or 'candy paint' maily Paul Wall talk about...Muthafuckas acting like they're still broke within the major deal...so what if they murdered hip-hop? All you have to do is avoid it by popping in your favorite CD or changing the station so therefore I blame the industry for all this.
