end of the day fam..everyone is responsible (barrin a few) for hip-hops current state ya dig..i mean nikkaz are coming nowhere near as hard as they used to..its like they just gettin lazy now they gettin paid..it aint just the south wit that laffy taffy and lean wit it bullshii..i think nas even thinks he was partly responsible..i mean look at streets disciple..same wit jay..when he was droppin ish like blueprint 2 it was all leading up to these points..jus like fif droppin ish back in the like power of the dollar and then ending up droppin albums like massacre..it aint just the south..us eastcoast nikkaz are responsible too..look at how nice CAM used to be..thass jus' mah take tho...we all responsible..and mainstream wise its taken people like lupe to get radio plays to make us be able to compare the quality ya dig..on the flipside nikkaz like blackstar are reuniting, raekwon got ish droppin, dre lordwilling, fab,freeway,buddens..so i think 07' gone be a much better year.

I believe this commercial shit will last for a while as long as people have material envies and worry about what people think of what their listening to people will never actually listen to the lyrics, meaning, or creativity a song of true hip hop has within it and instead listen to how creative or uncreative someone can describe their cars, chains, jewelry, women the had sex wit, party dance steps, and how fly they are. Also these actions are based on that the majority of huge successful white owned label industries that have no love for the black art and instead try to make money off of the commercial signed temporary artist that come out with a new fad for others like them to immitate and take their spot leaving the old trend bankrupted from owing the 'boss' money for video, promotional terms, and jewelry. The same thing will happen to the artist after him and will to continue to build the mans bank account full of wealth with no big work for him, to conceal this truth of commercialism they keep good artists in the coast active with increasing competition for popular demand of the public causing them to convert sometimes to commercialism which also increases the publics demand for commercial music on the acount of the big bill receiving industry owner paying for radio play for promotion. So with this said then the self proclaimed savior of hip hop better make his artist work i meen he has a arsenal of deadly MC's under his payroll he'd better hurry his 'hustlin' ass to work and save the game that gave him so much respect, he needs to pull sum new hip hop movement shit off. I feel Beyonce better upgrade this approach to his advances in da wealth game. If no one stands up for hip hop besides Jay and Nas and others then no one else will because making it to the industry for true hip hop artists are lookin slim ta nun Hip Hop needs help badly because alot of peoples perception of the art are shapeshifting and morphing into a confusion of this great creation.
My feelings on the Hip Hop is dead issue because right now our biggest promoter BET is twisting the Rap image and 60 percent of its view of Hip Hop is getting fogged up by commercial standards and people need to wake up to real shit.

The Industry that fucks over rappers... weak rappers, & stupid ass fans...
That sums it up...
Your only as marketable as marketers make yu... the industry decides what the fads are... snap music would still be unheard of if some white tight ass, corporate mutherfucker deciding to put them on... I mean... Why would they ever in a million years put on an artist who advocates uplifting yurself, and rappers owning their masters, they have to keep the people Ignorant in order to be in business, so they spoon feed you these generic ass rappers that all talk about shit that dosent help you get anywhere or learn anything...
And Rappers are so hungry that they'll play along w/ w/e they tell them too...
And fans havent herd anything other than w/e is on the radio... and most of which are pretty dedicated to Hip Hop, and Rap music, their just missguided by the bullshit of the industry...

So until then we'll listen to dumb fucks quotin commercial rappers rhymes of ice when the only ice that relates to them is when they open the freezer. I meen when they say the shit do they believe its going to magically poof a platinum chain with hundreds of diamonds around their neck. They the new Robin Hoods of our time, they take from the rich and floss infront of the poor that somehow can't see that they are not helping the true movement of Hip Hop. And I have to say something on the dance songs, if they really thought it was important to make songs making up dances they should of kept they ass in the clubs drinking pissed in bottles of champaign with techno music playing in the background along with people on the dancefloor swayin in rainbow colored disco ball lights waving glo-sticks because they're whole song should go down the toilet. Nuff Said

If anybody is saying why we gettin this Regurgitated rap shit now blame those Cities for the Major Contribution to the garbage we hear everyday on radio's, clubs and video shows.
And Before anyone say it, No People don't request that shit to hear over and over, The Radio and Music video Industry for the past 8 years have been getting taken over by Clearchannel which works off money "NOT REQUEST" they could give a damn about people calling in to request music nowadays, it's all about how much those music industries are willing to pay to have their artist on air and pay for how much airtime they get so people can be Brainwashed into thinking thats the hot shit out now, It's Classic Capitalism at its best.
