I got 500-600, probly gotta drop 100 for installation included in that 5-600. what would be the best bang for the buck? Subs and amp.

skip the installation costs...it really isn't hard, there are many great sites and knowledgable people that can direct you towards installing your audio equipment....as well as not getting ripped on parts and labor by your local shop..

what kind of vehicle do you have? how much space do you want to take up in it? are you looking to let the neighborhood know what's up, or are you going for something more sound quality oriented, or a mixture of the two?

I have a 99 Mitsubishi Galant. I want the fucking neihborhood to know I'm coming from across the state. I was looking at 2 Bazook P. Miller 12"s with a Kenwood 800 watt 2 channel amp. But I'm not sure.

nice amp.......but I wouldnt trust those sub as far as I could the guy their named after.....

I'd go for audio bahn sub they pound like crazy Ive never known anyone that has blew out any audio bahns

or a set of kicker solobarics....


but if I whur spending 5-6 hun on trunck i'd probly go with a single double voice coil 15or18" sub and finde a 2 channel amp to push it....and build a custom box for it(but thats just me

get 2 rockford fosgate HE2´S.... 400rms, 800max.... about $130 each or cheaper.

AMP: get 1 rockford fosgate power 851S, JBL1200.1 (watch the gains) ... about $300.

Wiring.... $40 .... and you´re ready

2....i haven't known many people who HAVEN'T blown audiobahns

3....which solobarics, L5s, L7s, the round ones?

4...what does dvc have to do with it? why a 15" or 18" sub?

5....why a 2 channel amp for a single subwoofer?
