PPV problem

so i bought the ppv yesterday and while i had some problems with the part 2 video constantly gettin stuck after a while and so I had to start the video over a few times, it wasnt a big issue to me and i got to check all the battles I wanted to see. but today the videos wont start playing at all and it seems like i have to buy it again to watch smh. the videos are supposed to stay up right until the battles start dropping??

Same here. I only managed to watch one battle after buying it last night.

I had that problem yesterday all day, I couldn't watch back any of the PPV videos without buying another ticket.

Then yesterday evening I got the ustream email saying KOTD is live (the email you get when PPV starts)

dunno wtf kotd are doing with the ustream..

I bought the PPV well before the even happened. Then the day after the event, I tried to watch the video, and it tells me to enter a ticket code...? basically saying I havent purchased it...

KOTD... never again.

Still watchable for me. I bought my ticket via my ustream username so as soon as i log in its active.

- I've only tried to watch videos labaled [PPV] or the Diz unedited footage, nothing messed up for me.

- I had the video-restarting issue once, and it only skipped back twice...so i just refreshed the page and all was good.

Edit: Just checked everything runs fine.

If this is on KOTD's end I'd imagine it'll be fixed. If it's on ustreams end, complain to them

can any of you send me screenshots of this stuff not working?
everything is working fine for me, but if you can send me screenshots i can send them to ustream and try and fix the problem.

Ustream basically has control over everything. we have a program which connects to the ustream to brodcast - once its done it automatically saves the videos, and all we do is set them to public. thats the extent to what KOTD does on Ustream. Everything from that point on - including refunds, or technical complaints about the lagging, or not having access to videos - is all ustream. we dont control or have access to anything on the userend. we have no idea who paid and who didnt, or why some can access videos and some cant

i will however look into it, but screenshots would help tremdously. and f you do send me on can you also tell me what broswer you are using and what version of the browser

I bought the PPV and had no problems watching it back after. I think I watch it in 3 different parts. The first part which was most of the event (began with the first battle and went upto Shotty vs. Ness). The second part was Pat Stay vs. Math and Diz vs. Arcane (edited). And the third one was the Diz vs. Arcane unedited.

that was when we aired the unedited version of the title match, you have to stream it, in order to upload it. well you dont have to but the ustream video uploader makes the youtube one look like light speed times, so its quicker to just stream it.
