Agreed, I like how you have made moves since all this happened honestly. This shit is so surreal and entertaining at the same time. So many different intertwining, overlapping storylines involving some of the biggest and most notorious names in Battle Rap. The Saurus, Arcane, Dizaster, Caustic... some smaller players like Bulletz and Cheddah who were just part of the scenery.

The game is all fucked up.

I really rate Caustic for at least putting himself out there and be willing to dialogue with fans and battlers alike about all of this.

One thing I don't understand.... is it considered normal/acceptable for someone to prepare with the help of friends for free?

Like is it standard for Diz to sit around with a few friends and brainstorm
lines and whatnot?

If so, it does seem weird that suddenly paying some money for it is wrong...
but maybe people would freak out just as much if there was no money involved?

I'm a writer in film/tv and this kind of thing is standard and accepted as part of every form of wriitng in hollywood. Granted it's not a "compeition" but people will put together "rooms" to brainstorm one-liners for before a premeire. Like you see a celebrity on the red carpet say something funny or clever, 50-50 it came from a room. And of course, everything else from scirpts to standup to talkshow appearances. All of it involves group wriiting. And when you sit in a room for someone at the a-list, you're looking at something like 5k to 15k a day.

I know it's not quite the same thing, but its related. I thought people might find it interesting.
