Yep for the cost of an actual ticket to the live event, a shitty delayed edited stream featuring no interviews or any other exclusive content is a total rip off, i will not be purchasing again until they improve the service, i dont expect anything other than stupid answers from kotd staff in this thread.

The quality was amazing! But yes editing anything out defeats the purpose of purchasing a ppv.

Secondly, I streamed it in high quality. Video was good, audio was good too. Hit a lag patch every now and then, but it was mostly on the breaks when they streamed music videos...and even then i just had to refresh the page or pause/play and it fixed it.

I thought almost every battle on the card came out well too. (Besides maybe uno madness)

Only issue i had was that crowd. That happens when you announce drake will be somewhere though.

With all this being said, how do you feel about certain parts of the emcee's actual performance being edited???

i also dont like the fact that kotd staff members minimize the edits..there was MUCH more edited out than just a reaction from diz...

Honestly, I'm not involved with this situation but I will say this.

Kingfly wasn't aware that it was going to be edited, the editor made that decision, just as I have made that decision in the past without the direction to do so. So I wouldn't say he exactly lied to you because he was on the same page as all you guys.

But, I do see everyones point here that you are paying to see the RAW side of the event, so I understand everyones frustration.

The video quality has not changed from when they used to stream the events live. If the event were live I could understand the quality of video not being the greatest but why if all they are doing is playing a video, can they not make that shit pop. Also, the audio is tremendously piss poor.

Its like they have time to edit full parts out of the footage yet they cant hit the NORMALIZE button on the audio and let it run overnight. Av, you being an editor all you need to do is look at the Audio wav file of the video and see the HUMUNGOUS spikes in db levels. It's tortureous. Speakers popping and clicking like an east african.
