This. Shit's kinda fishy. If Hulkshare is the biggest named source reporting it, I'm skeptical. Another red flag is that Trojan itself hasn't said anything about it (on social media, its website or a press release).
If it's true, Cassidy could be looking at a lawsuit. I'm no legal expert, but I'm pretty sure if you're making that much money off a parody, you have to obtain the rights to make and distribute that parody to begin with. That means either purchasing the copyright or getting approval from the copyright owner. Maybe Cass did that. I dunno, but I doubt it.
I hope I'm wrong, though.

There could easily be loop holes in the ToS that give them ownership of files uploaded to them if they didn't already have copyrights before being uploaded.
Kind of like how Facebook can use your pictures without permission.
