listen to "Luxembourg" "skyline motel" "full boat" and "music for dope runs" which are all true songs and then tell me Lush is all an act. sure all rappers tend to use hyperbole and are acting in certain ways...they are entertainers, that's they're job. Lush is one of the funniest people I know. In fact, most of the battle rappers I know like Franco, The Saurus, Pass, Apes, FLO etc. are some of the funniest people I know, not only when they're clowin' people they're battling, but just in general.

opinion if you get nervous/anxious watching lush, that's on you...you projecting your insecurities on to him and you're entitled to your opinion, but in the end it's all how the subjective viewer interprets it, and according to the incidental survey of responses on here most people disagree. my two cents, now peep mfdr.biz and ponder on that...and yes the album includes characters, that's what makes it interesting. Lush makes some of the most gutter and artsy music out there. street and sophisticated and ultimately after the clownin' is over that's what it's about.

a) I'll let you take a guess who is working on their PhD in what area. by the way it's "lingo," limbo is that party game you play. It's also a term for "hypothetical afterlife condition of those who die in original sin without being assigned to the Hell of the damned."

b) of course I've vicariously felt embarrassed for people, happens all the time. It's you projecting yourself onto others, imagining yourself in their shoes. However if you're comfortable with yourself, know who you are, and can tolerate anxiety (anxiety of what you perceive to be as someone humiliating themself in your point) it doesn't matter. And more importantly, it's all SUBJECTIVE. It's how you interpret your subjective experience. Thus different people having different reactions, the subjective viewers opinions, emotions and responses. In the words of the Dude "That's just like...your opinion...man."

me too, and a lot of it is lush's fault. but it's also the inundation of white rappers, and mediocre rappers in general. this also has to do with anxiety.
