mmp2 preset sheet/list 43-anyone?

the sheet that comes with the mmp2 lists what the 43 presets soundlike,... could someone scan that,, or just tell me what the Pre Models are supposed to soundlike?. i just got another mmp2 for like 100 bux so i was like fuck it, everybody says its sooo good ill give it another try.
and i know the pre modelers change the sound a hell of a lot, so id like to get an idea of which different models are supposed to sound like WUT. thanks
