Best album of the decade is a fuckin hard decision. I mean, the Marshall Mathers LP & The Blueprint are both in this decade along with Lupe Fiasco & Kanye. That being said, it's surprising there aren't more names to list. I was gonna say the Chronic 2001 but that shit was released in 1999

Food & Liquor was illmatic good and Nas is my favorite emcee. The way Nas embodied NYC with that album, Lupe did with Chicago. That album is a classic, hands down.
