2 questions...

1.How many caplets should I take of Men's Mega Men's GNC Multi-Vitamins a day?

and 2. I heard it's bad if you do incline/decline/flat bench exercises in the same day... is this true?

1. It does say on the package? Snikka takes that shit, ask him.

2. No, not true at all. They each hit certain parts of the chest more than the other. Folr instance, Incline tends to hit the shoulders and upper chest more than the flat and decline.

i take two a day of the GNC multi... thats the plan.


on chest days, a good thing you can do is lets say you are doing flat bench:

2x4-8 wide grip
2x4-8 close grip
2x4-8 regular grip

and then do somthing similar on incline and decline and hit all areas on the chest.


I've read that decline mainly only "significantly" helps if you are particularly low bodyfat.. I personally don't do declines.. I'd rather focus upper/lower chest.. it's the more visible.
