Anybody Here Try The HST Workout Plan??

First of all, dope forum, I just noticed RM had this shit, don't know how long its been here.

ANYWAYS, who has tried this? I am scheptical about stopping working out for 9-14 days in between cycles, anybody try this? Would you recommend it?
