shark cartilage is what it says it is... shark cartilage.. it helps to increase joint mass/protection I guess.

argentinine liver is probably related to dessicated liver, which is highly saturated with amino's and other good shit.

gnc is good shit... 2 a day.

animal shits is good too, i haven't tried it.. but i'd assure you its good.. but I heard it was like 5 pills per day or some shit.

but if you read their information, they mention getting "Pac piss" where you have real light yellow urine cause it's working.

I take 2 of the GNC shits a day and get the same stuff. If you read the ingredients its mostly the same.

and I could buy a bottle with 180 in there.. last me awhile.
