hot-rox results

Basically i been taking hot-rox for like 2 week's now , and i do notice really good improvements compared to my workout routine......

i see myself gettin more cut , havent weighed up , but a big part of my stomach is gone , i've kinda been slackin on my workout cause i be gettin fucked up alot lately ....
But compared to how much i been working out , hot-rox is excellent , i see results already , like my metobolism ,. i'm 6'2 232 pounds , love eating , but for like the past 6 days i only ate 1 meal aday , and really wasnt hungry , last night for instance i was starving but was still able to fight the urge ,,, (really good for me)..

i take 2 pills on any empty stomach when i wake up with 10oz's of water , and i take one before i go to sleep with 10oz's of water , ....

....i wouldnt suggest not eating but good if it works then.

I dont know man.. somthing doesn't seem right.

is it actually suppressing your appetite?

are you gaining muscle or just thinning out?

before i weighed 247 , And lately my appetite been all fucked up , i be hungry as dat thing,,,but cant eat nuthin.....

Next week i'm startin my workout again , cause it been alot of hangovers and lazyness , tired when i get off work shit liek that , so i been slackin on workout this week ,,last week was perfect.theres a treadmill and a weight set in my basement....

i am gainin muscle and gettin cut also , i notice earlier when i had my tank on , i was like damn , and most of my weight is not just all fat , i'm like 6'0 6'2 , .....
all i really got is a big gut and some man boob's , and thats mostly alcohol and late night eating , which i ended a couple week's ago............

But i really do be starvin , but when i wana fix myself somethin to eat , my stomach be like fuck naw , so i don't know if those are the pill's are not , but next week i'm gettin a member ship at the ymca , and upin my workout game.....

if yall seen my picture's ,,, only thing thats different is a bigger stomach...

wow your diet is really bad. eating one time a day? looks like the weight loss is all muscle, or just water weight.

hot rox really is a poor supplement.Your money is better spent on something else.But judging by your diet,you shouldnt even be taking supplements at this time.
