My eating habits.....
Monday: (very little cardio excercising done, work from 8am - 4:30pm)
8:30am - a bottle (1 pint) water.
10:30am - yogurt
12:30pm @ lunch - green salad, banana, ham sandwich, 7-up.
2:00pm - nuts, baked snacks
7:00pm - whatever i wish for dinner *medium amount*
9:00pm - a bottle of 1pint water.
Tuesday: (cardio excercised 8am-9am, and 10am-11am. @ work from 11:00am-7pm)
9:00am - 6" veggie subway sandwich
11:00am - baked snacks, nuts, and water
1:00pm - the 2nd 6" veggie subway sandwich *i buy the footlong*
4:00pm - snacks, nuts,
7:09pm - whatever i want
9:00pm - 1 pint of water.
Wednesday (cardio excercising from 10-11am, @ work 11am-8pm)
9:00am - side salad *carl's jr* and milk
11:00am - baked snacks and water or nuts
1:00pm - teriyaki chicken bowl w/any soft drink
4:00pm - snack, nuts
7:00pm - whatever i want
9:00pm - 1 pint of water
Thursday: (cardio excercised 8am-9am, and 10am-11am. @ work from 11:00am-7pm)
9:00am - 6" veggie subway sandwich
11:00am - baked snacks, nuts, and water
1:00pm - the 2nd 6" veggie subway sandwich *i buy the footlong*
4:00pm - snacks, nuts,
7:09pm - whatever i want

1:00pm - rice and beans and tacos
3:00pm - fruits
6:00pm - anything i wish
8:00pm - rice and whatever else..
9:00pm - pint of water or juice.
Sunday: (jog from 6:00am-7:00am)
12noon - side salad *wendy's* with jr. hamburger
3pm - veggie 6" sandwich *subway*
5pm - fruits, snacks
7:30pm - rice and whatever else..
9:00pm - pint of water.
this is my most recent schedule this week...... as u can see some unhealthy stuff there..... lots of big time gaps in between meals....
right now im 146... i was 153 the beginning of this year... im 5'8" so im right around midpoint range according to the charts. -- my body composition consisted of 24% body fat so I have to get it down to below 22%.
im not a big fan of muscle/strength training.. i do mostly cardio... when i go down to about 135... then ill begin an intense strength training program.
