Lookin for a good soundcard... help me out

I'm lookin for a good soundcard, cause i'm recording voices with the one i got and it's kinda OK... i wanna get a better performance but i don't want to spend thaaat much.
Also... what yall think i should get first... a condenser mic or a new soundcard?
Right now i use a Shure SM58.

the audigy 2s(?) are a good card, my bro had one, i think its mainly used for recording and making music. not sure tho someone needs to back me up on this!

the new audigy X-Fi is a great product. i have that on my gaming pc. but it's good for any audio use.

i have a delta 44 for my music..but yeah i heard the emu 1212m was hot too.
