GRB 2005 Rules - Round 1

- First round Audios are DUE Monday Night June 20th at 11.59 pm cst.
- Theme: up to 2-3+ Minutes must be about your opponent(s)
- You must mention their BOARD name(s). Must be atleast 2 minutes.
- If audio is not two minutes, you must contest it if you want a DQ.
- One mp3 File Must Be posted Monday Night June 20th at 11.59 pm cst.
- We will not store any audio files.
- YOU MUST post using your board name that is registered to the match. Others will be DQ'ed.
- Voting for First Round will start once all verses are up.
- Voting links will be posted and votes will be shown.
- If you No Show (thanks for the money), you will not be able to vote in the next rounds.
- No Comments allowed on battle post until voting links are posted.

Naps - You had some dope ish on this as well with some coo lines.. it shows you got the experience in your delivery and flow but with lines I just think Ben Official connected with alot of them.. This is a madd dope battle easily one of the dopest in round one.. both emcees came dope..

ben official: had some good lines in there. flow was good for the most part but it seemed mad rush. pretty good but not quite as good as naps imo.

naps got a sick flow.. im feelin some these lines to, you deliverin em hot to got that appealin voice, held it down without a doubt, its good to peep some of these heads i aint see around in a minute
love this beat ben used.. i wanted to use it but i remember someone else usin it and it still sticks in my mind, ya lines are solid tho, sleeps the cousin of death thats why im ahead of naps, they'll give u a L u can pass that, i can take naps off the dome quicker then nimrod, cant hit a jumpshot but claimin hes jay-makin(jamaican), gettin rid of dreds quicker then ricky williams, shoulda picked between that or nimrod 1 cuz they completely similar

this was close...i wasnt feeling ben's style really..but i did hear some sick lines...gotta give it another listen or two...i instantly thought naps was my favorite round 1 so far....but....i gotta listen more closely before i vote...definitely dont wanna vote based on style alone.

ben O. - classic beat, hmm, flow was rushed. haha@the pedophile line. nice. delivery is kinda like 1-MT, but your flow needs some smoothing out. energy is dope. really reminding me of 1 man terra. the dred lines didn't stand out to me because i've heard a lot of them at naps. pretty good audio battle-wise though. dissed him, had some punches, and delivered with intensity. the flow needs to calm down a bit though

naps is fucking dope. voice and delivery are disgusting. this could have been on a mixtape though, not dissing him a lot. definitely underestimated him.

naps got this in every aspect EASY.. except lyrics and it wasn't even close lyrically, it was by a long shot. naps was just chilling out on the track.

i'll come back with a vote later

um....yo, i know i'm not in the tourney n shit. But I can't lie I'm a die hard fan of the tourney's (guess cuz i'm an old head). I peeped a shit load of rm.com battles, fuck I even ride to some in my whip (yeah I know). One thing though man, i can't stand a biter.

Naps flow was way more smooth n listenable. I thought his shit was hot.

Ben flow needs some work; nevertheless, i thought his shit was hot. Only thing I disagree with is that Ben bit a couple of lines. In my opinion he lose a bunch of cool points for that

Ben Official, I really liked a lot of your lines. I just can't dig your style whatsoever. I think if you would have calmed down a bit and took more time with your flow, you could've took this because Naps didn't seem like he tried a bit. Although, I still am feeling his track more.
