but I've been seeing this guy lately, and I'm really starting to like him. Problem is, well, he's been hinting at the fact that I dont' really show enough skin??? I'm not sure he has problem with the way I dress or not, but normally in the summer, I rarely wear skirts, I normally wear capris, and jeans, and flip flops. Well, that' s besides the point, I have been looking at some skirts, I'm thinking about surprising him and actually wearing one since he's never seen me in one, I've been to new york express, and a few other places, and to me, it seems like the skirts are just too short, or maybe it's just me. I'm 5 foor 4, 135 lbs, (just to help you with the visual)

So, my question is, how short is too short for a skirt? Where would you wear a short skirt, and what do you feel most comfortable in? I feel the most comfortable in capris and longer skirts, especially when I go out to clubs, I'm not sure how comfortable I would feel going out to eat with a short skirt, especially if I'm going to have to sit like a lady the whole time. But then again, I dont' wanna start showing skin and this guy takes it the wrong way like he's has some mental advantage over me b'cuz I actually stop with my conservative ways and actually start wearing some clothes that are a lil more revealing. Or am I just tripping over this lil aspect and prolly should just get a mini and just see what kind of attention(negative or good) from wearing it?

I find that odd that he thinks you don't show enough skin.. Unless you are an arm piece, some guys like other guys staring at their girls, I don't know why and I don't know if that is the situation but for real, it's YOUR body, if you don't feel comfortable wearing shorts/skirts/short dresses and whatever then don't do it... I havent worn a skirt in years, like im talking since I was a toddler..And the only time I've worn a dress in the past 10 years was when I was a bridesmaid in my friends weddings..Some of the skirts they have out now-a-days are insane.. the bottom of the skirt is like RIGHT below your ass.... I think a good length w/o looking to out there is around knee length.. You can still be showing some skin but at the same time you don't have to be too uncomfortable. : )

Just a piece of advice from a guy. This is a REAL perspective so take it wisely:

When I was about 17, I would want to see my gf showing skin all the time. But it's a double edged sword. One day she wore a skirt for me and I just couldn't resist trying to touch her legs. Maybe his hormones are shot up and he's really digging your kool aid, but if you wear a skirt, prepare to face the consequences lol.

Anyway, aside from him groping you, a few more details:
Short enough - About 3-4 inches above the knee. That gets the point across that you're showing skin when he complains about it. Lucky day - Anything above or at the halfway point of your thigh. This will light him up like a firework for you.

Shorts are a good option too. If you wear shorts you kind of put a limit on how far his groping can go when he gets shot over the extreme with his hormones.

Just try to remember there's a reason he wants you to show more skin, and it's probably a fetish. Be cautious, and good luck hunting. ;)

Her wearing a skirt has nothing to do with someone staring at her ass whatsoever. If a n.igga gone look at her ass, he gone look whether she got on jeans, shorts, or whatever. For all that she might as well just wear a jacket around her waist just so nobody will see it. And then we have to ask the question why would she even be worried about it. I think ideally something is really wrong with someone being conservative, especially if you have a good body. When I go out I don't need to be worrying about my skirt, if my underwear is showing when I bend over or lean down or whatever.. I don't think it's so much about them being physically uncomfortable like a pair of shoes can be, ect ect...it's being uncomfortable in them in a sense of being uncomfortable with how you feel about yourself in them. Someone who isn't use to exposing much skin or just doesn't like to period, dot, the end...is going to feel self concious in them. Plain and simple. Especially the styles now a days that are 1 cm below your ass.

And it can be uncomfortable physically cuz if you have to sit a certain way, especially with short ones..it usually involves perfect posture 100% of the time if you don't want a coochie exposure lol

My man sometimes suggests to me somethings that are outside of what I normally wear. I generally respect his taste in women's fashion so I'm open to suggestions. I would never go outside my limits for what I thought looked good on me, but you get my point I think.

Do it if you want to...I don't think you're giving him any special control as long as you don't conform to every desire he has that you don't feel sure about. And if you're not sure about the skirt..don't do it either if it makes you uncomfortable.

Find one you feel comfortable with if you're going to do it. Don't get one that basically shows off your ass cheeks. Sometimes I think guys just wanna see their women looking the girliest they can. You can achieve a sexy yet classy look w/o looking slutty..yah know?
