Aight lets see how this works. I'ma post up two links to the song "Sweet Thang". One will be the original the other will be a remake of it. Vote on which one you think is better.
Hopefully this will encourge dialog on some classic songs if you guys like this idea I"ll do more I have alot of songs on my pc.

the problem is, the new jacks try to do the same thing with the song as the legends. you have to change it up and make it your own or there's no way it'll work. like how otis took the stones' satisfaction and made it his own song, or how aretha took otis' respect and carol king's you make me feel... and made those songs her own.

I like both for different reasons. Chaka's version, I would make love and cuddle to that one. Mary's version...I don't know why (well, yeah I do - it's the drums) makes me want to dance. I can't choose one over the other.
