this was pretty good, just tired of the whole emphasis on color, its really not needed in my opinion.

The emphasis on color comes from the person who wrote it who happens to be attracted to these kind of men. This is apoem moreso about attraction than religion, though it has a Christian undertone. Therefore, the emphasis of color should be understood and accepted.
