the thing I dont understand is how much you gotta spend to have a ten second car , for example if you have a bmw or hyundai or mercedes , I mean how da fuck can you make those cars 10 sec cars ?? I need explanation .

u mean 10 sec 0-60 or 10 sec in thr 1/4 mile? cuz most cars will do 0-60 in under 10, thats not very impressive

Shit i dont even think i can name a 10 beamer....

But i have heard of a 10 sec hyundai that won the 1/4 competition in the SCC ultimate street car shootout.

With 4 bangers... you need patience and money. It takes alot of tuning and expertise to make your car run 10's. Shit my car now is about .8 of a sec of running 10s. Shit thats either alot of fucking weight reduction, which is impossible for me to do anymore. Or running a bigger turbo, and injectors and so forth and so on.

But the biggest thing is that you better be able to drive the fucking car.

The most common 4 bangers that i know of that can run 10's are
DSMs (the easiest that i know of)
Fucking insane Frankenstein Civic hatches
Integras
Neon's

Not saying all these cars run it with no problems or anything. But if i was going to do this i would build up the bottom end..race block/w forged internals of a GSX or VR4 galant, upgrade the turbo, FMIC, weight reduction, intake, 3" turboback, 660injectors, tial wastegate, short shifter w/metal bushings, TRE race tranny, .....etc.

I still think i would like to own one 10 sec car in my life. The closest so far is a 11.4 w/ my bPU+++

Running 10's is not all that hard, depending on the car, it's all on horsepower : weight, and the driver, let's say... crx, fully stripped interior, with decent horsepower can reach 10's
