i recommend ya's buy, copy or steal an album (the latter beiing a joke for all the kids out there...and remember kids..winners don't do drugs....'cept weed winners do weed...thats not a "proper" drug..ha ha)... ne ways... check
dj format- Music For The Mature B-Boy ...
he's from brighton but his album has got guests from charlie 2na to british bristol born heads..aspects. It also has a few collabo's with a pretty new mc called Abdominal whos from canada and is super fresh... ive seen em live and its better than hearin the album...which can't be said about many acts... format is unreal on the decks and ab' gets the crowd hype... plus he's a crazy freestyler!!!.... i cant recomend this strongly enough.. if you cant find the album try the singles we know something you dont know... with charlie 2na from j-five, charity shop somethin or other with aspects...(if any one knows get @ me) and the two with abdominal more hits & ill culonary behaviour ...
