Monty's already in WWE. He's on ECW now. WWE would be worse at using Shelley than TNA is. But used right, he could be huge. Also, at this point, I would rather see just James Storm go to WWE. His redneck character is great. Chris Harris is just bland, so they wouldn't have much use for him.
