Run & Save Log File

then post your log in here, I will help you figure out the problem and hopefully clear it up

Also if you could be specific of what is happening that would make it easier for me.

PS I only do this in my free time aka when I'm at work...lol so it make take me a few hours/days sometimes

i tried to run hijackthis and get you the log but i got an error message saying

"pllease help us improve hijackthis by reporting this error

an unexpected error occured in procedure: modregistry_IniGetString(sFile=win. ini, sSection=windows, sValue=load)
Error #5 - Invalid procedure call or argument.

i clicked no to not report and it continued...

i ran a couple spyware programs that scan for free but you have to pay to fix and delete spyware and a whole lotta spyware and trojans came up..

when i try to run Spybot Search+Destroy it crashes before it finishes the scan...

my computers real slow and crashes often..

then hit "Fix Checked" and hit yes yes ok ok or whatever it asks

Then I want you to download setup & run/clean what it finds, CCleaner

CCleaner - Download

then download setup and register MalwareBytes, the info text file will tell you how to, prolly gotta use a Keygenerator to get a serial..its all in this file

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware v1.31 Multilingual WinAll Incl Keygen-CRD.rar, upload your files and earn money.

Update it and clean what it finds

then reboot and come back here after you're done with all that..and post a new HJT log

it runs and almost finishes but gets stuck on Bot check "Zlob.Downloader.bs"

i dunno how reliable spybot is? what ya think?

then run all 3 programs Malwarebytes first, then Spybot, then CCLeaner

clean what they find

then reboot to normal mode, run Hijackthis and post me a new log in here
