When I was in Amsterdam, I smoked a bit too much. The owner of the coffee shop gave me water wit a load of sugar put in it. She explained that when you're smokin your sugar levels go down and that can make you sick if you go long enough without sugar. I presumed that's why we get a craving for sugarry foods and junk food when we're stoned.

Makes sense to me.Alot of people have to smoke to even get an appetite.People with cancer and AIDS and different diseases.My uncle has had cancer for about 10 years now,and for a long time (and still every once in a while) his cancer "acts up" and he cant eat,so hell smoke a doob to get the munchies.I dont know what my problem was/is,but I cant seem to eat or sleep unless Im high.I used to be an insomniac,and I would have to take a pill called trazadone to go to sleep.Shit made me feel horrible,hangovers and shit.Light would hurt my eyes and I just didnt ever want to go anywhere.So when I was 15 I started smoking weed more often,and my mom stopped caring (or didnt verbalize it) cuz I wouldnt stop so she let me stop taking those pills and I just started smoking weed habitually I guess,and it works for me.I sleep 8-10 hours a day sometimes,and until recently I ate just fine.The endocannibinoids .I dunno,I heard that somewhere a while back.pZ!
