There is no way in hell that, at this point, Gregg Popovich is COY over Rick Adelman.

The teams have the same record, Rockets are 2-1 vs. San Antonio on the year, and Adelman has had to deal with more adversity with the injuries to Yao and T-Mac.

You may hate the trend, but you can't act like it can't hold true in some instances.

And, in this instance, Rick Adelman is the NBA's Coach of the Year!

The only argument I'm willing to hear is Byron Scott, but I'd say the Hornets success is more for CP3's MVP-caliber season than Byron Scott's COY. Nobody on the Rockets has had as great an individual year as CP3.
