I've never really been pointed in any particular direction, I just always listened to whatever I could find in my spare time. Being a rock devotee, I obviously tried some fusion, but tbh I wasn't big on it. I tried a few Coltrane tracks and they didn't impress me, but the reason I make this thread is because I want specifics. Maybe the Coltrane tracks I listened to didn't do the man justice.
I want people to name tracks and albums rather than just the artists. I saw someone ask what my tastes were, but part of the point of this thread is to expand my tastes and appreciate the things that please other ears besides my own.
