No need for excuses girly, we played flat.
Its the first time philly has beat us in how long? Now washington however, beat you two times in a row. With philly, that hasnt happened in years. We've been smashing horribly since iverson days.
The 9349 times we beat them in a row, they were due to win one sooner or later. Now if we had gone out and got our ass beat, then play them a few nights later and get our ass beat, i could understand where you're going with this. But there is a difference between being beat by 1 team every once in a while and losing to them consistently. You're better off saying detroit has their Utah or Bulls. Unless you wanna point out every team we lost to once this year and call them our wizards
But they won by a shot and we played like shit, there are no excuses.
Where we got hurt was on free throws, mcdyess missed about 7, ripped missed about 2-3, chauncy even missed 1-2. Came back to bite us on top of blowing every chance we had down the stretch. It was a good game though, philly played good for four quarters and they been a hot streak winning 13 out of their last 17. Ah well easy sweep for them 1st round against us. As usual.
