haha i havent bought any supplments in a while, i should get some more protein powder and flax seed oil but ive still been taking the fish oil...that must be why my dick is so swole.
done with creatine. ive been using it for a month and i dont think its been doing anything, i havent retained an ounce of water and ive also heard that it doesnt work for some ppl so fuck it.
