Yeah that sucks man, ON Whey's Cookies N Cream is the best protein powder I've ever had. Thrown in the blender with some oats, honey, natural peanut butter and olive oil and you have a taste of HEAVEN.

What do you mean with the how the weather's been? .... Emphasis on joints because my knees have been really hurting the past couple months and they have NEVER hurt like they do now, so I'm just going to blast my body with joint pain alleviating supps and hope it does the trick(til I get some health insurance, then an MRI will be in order if shit doesn't change). Some of the stuff I buy isn't as well known but they're fairly popular among bodybuilding crowds and there's solid science behind everything I purchase.

I've got a good multivitamin and bottles of b5, b12, vit c, vit E, etc.... I've got a big nootropic stack because ever since I cut off marijuana(1 year ago) it seems as if my memory retention and recall has been lacking. Nootropics just really interest me so I went on a cognitive enhancing supplement purchasing blitz in November.
