yea i dont exacly mean running in place like you would do to warm up for a race.. but running with resistance holding you back.. most guys can run a track mile in 4-5 minutes... plus a mile straight ahead is easy to run especially sprinting
in basketball practice we ran to the flood wall and back which didn't really seem that long and it was about 2-3 miles away plus we had to run back to the school
