how can i run in place effectively?
i want to maybe get like a pully or something to strap around me so i can run in place, i got a heart monitor and i dont know how much calories i should be burning with running... i want to improve my speed by doing this, im training my self to dunk.
cuz like i said in a earlier thread im almost 6'4 and only can touch mid net and thats with alot of effort.. i want to atleast be able to touch rim with no effort at all...
my teammate in middleschool was my height and he could easily dunk..
