it is a cultural thing, which is why the laws are what they are..

i strongly disagree with the law that a woman cant let her breasts be seen through the windows of her home. thats ridiculous. its her home, if theres any offense, isnt it the fault of the person looking in the window?


i remember the gallery fiasco. you were making the argument that the INTENT of the picture is more important than the actual amount of nudity. i agree with that.. but for the sake of order, the gallery simply doesnt allow certain things to be exposed in deeplinked pics.

its easier for the rule to be against nips/dick/pussy etc where that would cover all the stuff we dont want.. rather than try to draw distinctions between the intent of the picture, which would cause alot of confusion with the rules.
