pyramids?
im lookin to build msucle, and i hear pyramid work good. so ill juss lsit 2 of my workouts i do now, and if any1 cud help id appreicate it.
CUrling - 30 pounds - 3 sets of 5-8 reps
CHest Press - 2 45 pound dumbells - 3 sets of 5-8 reps
so how wud i go about doin pyramids?
